I looked at different versions of this online, and this one is by far the closest to the real thing in proportion and detail that I could find. Great weight; it feels exactly like I imagined, and is detailed and crafted lovingly. A smart and appreciated move by casting it in black too. A few touches of color and this will be a prop to cherish.

Excellent resin prop!

This resin prop is well made. What prompted my purchase was the fact that it is made from black resin, as opposed to white. If scratched, at least the color underneath the paint job is close to the same color as the prop is supposed to be (providing you're not going for a white BSG laser pistol.)
After a month of work on it, it has become a thing of beauty and worthy of either mounting for display or used for a BSG Warrior costume.
Either way, I am very pleased with my prop from Alchemy Arms. As a side note, it was even delivered earlier than expected.
Great job, guys!
I only wish I could post photos of it in my review.
